How do you know that? Because she found the octopus tangled in a fishing net.

 A little cat forced an aeroplane to land and it snuck in overnight.

So I felt good that I read that story.

I learned that you can´t mention your last name.

I already knew that you can not mention your birthday.

 

Blake NZ-VR

 Last term,Blake NZ visited.We learned about Marine Reserves.We were able to use VR sets to explore the seas I found it easy to learn about Marine Reserves because the VR sets made it interesting.

I found it easy to learn about Marine Reserves because the VR sets made me feel like I was actually there.

I really enjoyed VR.

I am learning about language features.

The Loaves

We were learning about metaphors.

A metaphor compares 2 different things.

In this poem, The author used a metaphor to compare bread to clouds.

I found it easy to find metaphors 

I found it hard to understand the poem.

I really enjoyed reading the loaves.

Ki-o-rahi

 

Date 11.3.2021 

WALT write a recount.

The bell rang and I went back inside but had to go back outside to play Ki-o-rahi.I was so excited to play ki o rahi.

First the coach’s set up the place where we were going to play Ki o Rahi

Next when it was time to play ki o rahi we went out to the place where we were going  to play our game but this time we had tags and belts.

After that we started the game and there was two teams called the Kimona and the  taniwha. The taniwha had to go in a large lake and the rahi had to protect a rock called the tipu.

Later on I got tired so I went to go and have a drink,and straight away I was back in the game.

Then after I came back, we switched sides. So I was on the kioma side so I had to protect the tipu.

Finally we had one more game and then we were going to pack up. I think that was a fun,good and exercising game.

We were learning about using averbs, nouns, adjectives and time words.

I found it easy to think of some different time words

I really enjoyed that I figed out big word

Next time I need to think of better ideas.

 My chinese zodiac is a dragon because I was born in 2012 and the dragon represents my culture and my culture is a dragon.
